Whilst the risk of Coronavirus to guests is low, we recognise that the situation is unsettling and we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure you can enjoy your holiday. The park is open for business as usual. We will provide an update should any changes occur in respect of your holiday break with us. While on holiday we would ask you to take the following sensible Government advice:
Washing hands regularly and use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser if soap and water is not available https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-body/best-way-to-wash-your-hands/ Maintain good hygiene practices such as using tissues when coughing or sneezing and dis- posing of the tissue in a bin.

In the event that the park totally closes to the public, we will be in contact with you to offer one of the following.

  1. A replacement holiday at a later date. (subject to availability).
  2. A full refund of your holiday booking.

Please note that West Sands Holidays offers holiday accommodation only, so refunds will not be given in the event that any of the parks facilities or entertainment venues close.
