About this Listing
The Kendall family would love to welcome you to stay in our family owned van. The van sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. We aim to provide you with a comfortable home from home. Please read the information below and let us know if you have any questions.
Sleeping arrangements
The rooms include a double bedroom, 2x twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge which can be stored during the day to maximise the space. The beds in the rooms will all be made for you when you arrive, so you can start relaxing straight away. The bedding for the lounge is ready to go, but stored ready for you to use when you need to. This is a pet friendly caravan.
Interior layout
There is a large open plan kitchen and lounge with a dining area, we will leave you a tea towel and hand towel to use in the kitchen. This area is really flexible and allows lots of space for the family to enjoy together while cooking, playing games or relaxing. There is a separate toilet/sink and a shower/sink which is really useful when there are several of you sharing. There is a tv in the lounge with freeview and a DVD player. If required we can provide a high chair for meals and a travel cot. Please just add this to your. booking. You will need to bring a sheet and blankets/sleeping bag for little one.
Exterior
There is a grassy space by the door to the caravan which is great for little ones to play in. The grass is maintained and kept short by Cove Communities. The van is also a short walk from the beach, there are 3 play parks on site and the Seal Bay Resort facilities on site within walking distance.

Parking
There are is bay parking and parallel parking within 20meters or so of the caravan. Please don't park on the grass. We would only recommend cars for this site as Vans and commercial sign written vehicles are not allowed to parked on site.
